HARYYAKSHA GHOSH Vinod completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Applications from India, with first-class honours. He also holds an Advanced Management Program (AMP) Certification from NTU-Berkeley (Haas Business School, California). He has also obtained EMBA from the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore, one of the Top 30 Business Schools worldwide.
ADITI NAYAK Being the Director, Aditi is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership at the company. Besides overseeing the daily operations of Ekcelon & MindWave Solutions, she also heads the Human Resources Function. She has over 9 years of experience in the Human Resource field, which began with a couple of corporate and academic internships while she was a Graduate at Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago (USA). Soon, she was recruited by the United States Navy as a research scholar for their Navy Personnel Research Studies & Technology (NPRST) which plays an instrumental role in selection, hiring and retention of the Navy Personnel. Later, she took up an assignment with TD Waterhouse (USA) as a Trainer across various functions like Human Resources & Marketing. She also holds an Advanced Management Program (AMP) Certification from Singapore Management University. She moved to Singapore in May 2004. In May 2005, she co-founded MindWave Solutions and has been instrumental in MindWave Solutions expansion to Malaysia and Australia. Aditi is recognized for cultivating a culture of over-achievement at MindWave, enabling “ordinary people to do extraordinary things” via formal mentoring programs, comprehensive attitude and skills development, continuous learning, and a process-centric approach to things. SOUMEN CHATTERJEE Soumen, Director, Ekcelon holds the responsibility of sales, operations & management of Malaysia counterpart of the business. He has over 19 years of international experience in the ICT Industry. Mr.Chatterjee is responsible for the business development and marketing efforts of MindWave Solutions whilst maintaining MindWave Solutions Operating Standards. Prior to his tenure in Malaysia, Soumen was in senior Management roles for MNCs like Datacraft, Frontline; various Government and corporate entities, being responsible for overseeing the management and execution of projects throughout Asia. Although, his work has taken him to many countries in the world, his geographical focus has been in Asia. His cultural horizon has grown to include India, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam. His business experience includes planning, negotiation and implementation of ICT systems and services. Mr. Chatterjee has overseen and supported the successful implementations of various ICT infrastructures and large application deployments in various countries. He has received his Post Graduate Degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India, and holds management degree from NTU, University of Berkeley and Wharton School of Business. As CEO of Ekcelon, Leo is responsible for running all facets of the business. He has a proven executive management track record of more than 15 years of experience in the technology industry. Under his tutelage, Ekcelon is aiming to achieve the next big leap in its growth journey. Leo was also the co-founder and VP Business Development for Trustcopy Pte Ltd., where he led all sales and marketing functions for the company's first release of its groundbreaking secure-printing solution. |
